I highly recommend 4low Concepts in the Houston area. They're the best at suspensions and they customized my BMW X5 exactly how I wanted it. They're very responsible, friendly, and have excellent communication skills. They work with care and organization. If you need coilover suspension installed, come visit them!

I got Steeda Progressive lowering springs and shocks and struts installed on my Mustang and my car looks amazing. Same day labor and the customer service was great. I would recommend 4Low Concepts for your vehicle needs.

Over the past year I’ve been modifying a BMW. I took my car to a traditional shop to install coil over and always had lingering problems. Lately- i was having a fender scrape after dropping height. I had enough and went to 4-low. They were very explanatory, set expectations, and explained they needed time to identify issues. We made an appointment. I brought my car and immediately received pictures of how i brought it in and things they noticed. Within a few hours- my driving experience is completely different and I have new knowledge of what i can do to keep improving it. Customer service was fantastic. Follow up was great. I found pricing to be very fair and they checked with me before doing the work. I’m picky on who touches my car. They will be my suspension shop moving forward and i definitely recommend them. Make them a first choice! One last thing- i really like that it’s a family doing work together and their enthusiasm and enjoyment of what they do. Check em out!!

5/5 Stars – The Nicest Couple in the Business! Highly Recommend for Suspension Work I recently had some serious suspension upgrades done at 4Low Concepts (1651 Blalock B3, Houston, TX), and I couldn't be happier with the results and the service. This family-owned shop is run by the absolute nicest couple—Silvia and Paolo. Paolo handles all the hands-on work with incredible skill and attention to detail, while Silvia keeps everything running smoothly on the admin side. Together, they make the whole experience feel welcoming and professional. My project included installing a full Öhlins R&T coilover system, upgrading the sway bar end-links, a precise 4-wheel alignment, better brake pads, and fresh brake fluid. While 4Low Concepts specializes in suspension work—like airbag installations, coilovers, lifts/lowers, alignments, and related custom setups—they nailed every part of this job. There was a minor noise issue after the initial install (not due to any fault on Paolo's part—it was a compatibility quirk with the springs), but he was super attentive, communicative, and went above and beyond to diagnose and fully resolve it. No shortcuts, no excuses—just genuine care until everything

where do i start with 4Low Concepts? Well, I got my bags installed about six months ago after a friend recommended them to me, and im really glad I decided to give them a chance! From the moment I walked in, Paulo, his wife, and the entire team were incredibly welcoming. They made the whole experience comfortable and professional right from the beginning. The team did an amazing job installing my bags—everything was done clean and with attention to detail. Even after the install, anytime I had questions or ran into small issues, I felt comfortable reaching out. They were always responsive, helpful, and gave great advice and suggestions! Overall, 4Low Concepts has been a great experience for me. I truly appreciate their work and customer service, and i will definitely be coming back for their services for many years to come.
